Attention Patients:
Effective January 1, 2018 we will charge a $25 cancellation/no-show fee for any appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and that there will be times you cannot make your appointment. At the same time we are a very busy practice and if we hold appointments where patients do not show up, that means other patients cannot be slotted for that time and that patients in our waiting room will have a longer wait time. Please try your best to phone us in advance if you know you cannot make your appointment.
If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late to your appointment please reschedule.
